America’s “War on Drugs”: History Channel Reveals True Story for the First Time on Television

In Archive, CIA, Drugs, USA on June 19, 2017 at 9:28 AM

Synopsis via TheIntercept:

Starting Sunday night and running through Wednesday the History Channel is showing a new four-part series called “America’s War on Drugs.” Not only is it an important contribution to recent American history, it’s also the first time U.S. television has ever told the core truth about one of the most important issues of the past fifty years.

That core truth is: The war on drugs has always been a pointless sham. For decades the federal government has engaged in a shifting series of alliances of convenience with some of the world’s largest drug cartels. So while the U.S. incarceration rate has quintupled since President Richard Nixon first declared the war on drugs in 1971, top narcotics dealers have simultaneously enjoyed protection at the highest levels of power in America.

Despite the fact the U.S. has no formal system of censorship, this monumental scandal has never before been presented in a comprehensive way in the medium where most Americans get their information: TV.

That’s why “America’s War on Drugs” is a genuine milestone.

NYPD Loses Crucial DNA Evidence, Guns & Drugs During Hurricane Sandy

In Hurricane Sandy, News, Other Leaks, USA on January 3, 2013 at 6:11 PM

The New York Police Department lost tons of crucial DNA and other evidence when two of its warehouses were destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Now, Gotham’s justice system is struggling to produce the materials in court.

Located in New York Harbor, the Erie Basin auto pound and evidence warehouse housed hundreds of seized cars, 9,846 barrels of evidence containing sensitive DNA, and thousands of guns. As the storm battered the city, the surge ruptured the warehouse’s doors and plunged its content into the water.

According to the NYPD, this included 1,177 barrels of DNA evidence at the Kingsland Avenue location. Approximately 5,000 “narcotics items” and 3,250 firearms were also stored at the Erie Basin warehouse, Paul J. Browne, the chief spokesman for the Police Department revealed to the New York Times.

The disaster is now affecting the US court system, where on at least six occasions an officer had to testify that evidence was inaccessible, but still existed, according to the police department. That number is feared to rise.

Evidence for an anticipated rape trial in Manhattan has also gone missing from the rape kit. Now, the defense team is feeling the heat as items stored in the kit were to be used to prove their client’s innocence. The lawyers now claim to have received a message that the prosecutor might recommend a dismissal of the case because the hair sample did not match their client’s.

Over twenty officers have been assigned to recover evidence at the two warehouses while the department contemplates hiring a private contractor to sort through the damaged documents – many of which have been contaminated with various substances, including raw sewage

Just before Sandy battered the New York Metropolitan Area in late October, the US Justice Department allocated $1.25 million to a project that would allow the NYPD to store and organize DNA evidence in hopes of overturning wrongful convictions. Since August, law enforcement staff have been working to consolidate five warehouses, including the two destroyed ones, into a single location.

Barack Obama Exposed: Drugs, Sex & Murder

In News, NWO, Other Leaks, USA, Viral Videos, World Revolution on May 17, 2012 at 4:10 AM

Larry Sinclar, the man who exposed Barack Obama’s shady past in 2008, was recently on The Jeff Rense Radio Show discussing Newsweek’s latest cover calling Obama “The First Gay President.” Sinclair talked about the real agenda behind the announcement, and predicted that Barack Obama “will come out of the closet completely” by 2013.

Larry Sinclair first appeared in 2008, holding a bombshell press conference at the National Press Club, where he was arrested right after speaking.

(WMR) Wayne Madsen Report:

“President Obama and his chief of staff Rahm Emanuel are lifetime members of the same gay bath house in uptown Chicago, according to informed sources in Chicago’s gay community, as well as veteran political sources in the city.” The report added, “WMR spoke to several well-placed sources in Chicago who reported that Jeremiah Wright, the pastor of Obama’s former church of 20 years, Trinity United Church of Christ (TUCC) on Chicago’s south side, ran what was essentially a matchmaking service for gay married black professional members of the church, including lawyers and businessmen, particularly those with children. The matchmaking club was called the ‘Down Low Club’ but references to it over the phone and email simply referred to the group with the code phrase ‘DLC.’ The ruse, according to our sources, was to make anyone who was eavesdropping on the communications [FBI wiretaps in the Rod Blagojevich case likely contain such references] believe that the references were to the Democratic Leadership Council, also known as the DLC . . . Among the members of the gay ‘DLC’ were Obama and TUCC’s choir director, Donald Young, an openly gay man who reportedly had a sexual relationship with Obama. Two other gay members of the church were Larry Bland and Nate Spencer. Young and Bland were brutally murdered, execution style, in late 2007. Bland was murdered on November 17, 2007 and Young on December 24, 2007. The latter was killed by multiple gunshot wounds. Spencer reportedly died on December 26, 2007, official cause of death: ‘septicemia, pneumonia, and HIV.”

Even more startling then the same-sex and drug allegations, are Sinclair and Madsen’s comments about Obama’s connections to three Chicago gay men, members of Jeremiah Wright’s church, who all died mysteriously within a month of each other. Larry Bland (death certificate) and Donald Young (death certificate) were brutally murdered “execution-style” and Nate Spencer’s alleged cause of death “septicemia, pneumonia, and HIV.’”

Even Donald Young’s mother Norma Jean has questions about her son’s death:

The Globe:  Mrs. Young, what was the cause of my son’s death?

Mrs. Young: I’m very suspicious that it may have been related to Obama. Donald and Obama were close friends.

Asked who benefited from a cover-up, Norma said, “It could be anyone, including Obama.”

Mrs. Young told The Globe, “There is more to the story,” adding, “I do believe they are shielding somebody or protecting someone.”

Mrs. Young said she believes she is in danger and is leaving her home for an undisclosed location.

These three men aren’t the only suspicious deaths surround Barack Obama. Others include his grandmother, mother, and most recently the mysterious death of Andrew Breitbart the night before he was to release new college video of Obama, and begin his campaign to fully vet the President.

This information is just more to add to the long list of questions about Obama’s past. His citizenship, birth certificate and other documentation, Social Security fraud, his affiliation with radicals like Saul Alinsky and The Weather Underground, and this, allegations of using crack, gay sex, conspiracy, and murder. That’s not to mention Obama’s current unconstitutional and impeachable offenses while in office.

How can the majority of Americans continue to turn a blind eye to this?

Minnesota Officers Give Occupy Protesters Drugs

In News, NWO, Occupy Wall Street, OccupyWallStreet, Other Leaks, USA, Viral Videos, World Revolution on May 4, 2012 at 8:12 PM

Occupy protesters claim officers are offering them drugs and watching them get high.

The officers are all part of a training program run by the Minnesota State Patrol, but the agency denies any “dirty dealing”.

The protestors first made the claims public in a YouTube video. They say officers from out-state came to downtown Minneapolis and asked them to take part in a drug training program.

FOX 9 caught up with one of those protesters at the Occupy protest on Peavey Plaza. When asked whether the officer supplied him with drugs, Michael Bounds replied, “Yes.”

“They gave me a quarter of marijuana in exchange for me to tell them what’s going on with Occupy,” he said.

Bounds could not say which agency the officers came from, but he did say he smoked the pot in front of the officers.

Occupy organizer Ben Egerman said, “Whoever authorized this is completely unethical.”

The State Patrol confirms the officers currently coming under fire come to Minneapolis from across the state to get training from the State Patrol’s Drug Recognition Evaluator Program, which involves officers driving people who are already under the influence to a site in Richfield where they’re studied and monitored for a short period. The goal is to help officers detect drugged drivers.

Lt. Eric Roeske said, “We haven’t found any evidence or any indication any illegal drugs were provided to anyone.”

The State Patrol says it has reviewed the YouTube video, but the evidence just isn’t there.

Lt. Roeske added, “Other than allegations made in the video, which were not supported by any video evidence, we did not find anything to substantiate any of those allegations.”

Local activists say it’s time to take a closer look.

“We think there needs to be a full blown investigation into this program because there are really serious ethical questions around it,” said Michelle Gross, with Communities United Against Police Brutality.

Protesters say they plan on making noise until someone listens.

Interview #2:

It seems the Minneapolis Police Department’s Facebook post saying Occupiers were making false accusations, was a lie.

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety has suspended its drug recognition training program and the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has launched a criminal investigation into claims that officers were giving drugs to OccupyMN protestors and releasing them in downtown Minneapolis.

So far, Minnesota State Trooper Nick Otterson has been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation into his conduct during the DRE training, and a Hutchinson police officer is also being investigated after he was accused of providing marijuana to a potential subject. The Hutchinson officer is still on active duty, however.

DPS said in a statement Wednesday that an officer from another law enforcement agency allegedly witnessed the activity. The officer, who was also participating in drug recognition training, reported the incident to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Minnesota Public Safety Commissioner Mona Dohman has called for an internal affairs investigation of the program to determine if any agency policies or procedures were violated.

“Training law enforcement officers to detect drug impairment helps to keep our roads safe, but we need to ensure that all participants follow guidelines and operate within the law,” Dohman said. “I have suspended the drug recognition evaluator training pending the outcome of these investigations and until we revisit and review the curriculum for the program.”

Last week, Occupy Minnesota protesters claimed officers picked them up, gave them drugs and watched them get high. The protesters first made the allegations public in a YouTube video, saying officers from out-state came to downtown Minneapolis and asked them to take part in the drug training program.

On Wednesday, Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak issued a fiery statement about the allegations, saying, “I never could’ve imagined that something like this could happen in Minneapolis — or that it could happen without consulting the mayor and police chief. It’s just plain wrong.”

When the allegations first surfaced, agency officials were skeptical of the claims.

“We haven’t found any evidence or any indication any illegal drugs were provided to anyone,” State Patrol Lt. Eric Roeske told FOX 9 last week. “Other than allegations made in the video, which were not supported by any video evidence, we did not find anything to substantiate any of those allegations.”

The drug evaluation and classification (DEC) training program shows officers how to detect and remove drug-impaired drivers from the road. An officer who completes this training is certified as a drug recognition evaluator.

Currently 48 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada participate in the DEC program.

Minnesota’s program has been managed by the State Patrol since its inception in 1991. There are 197 DRE officers in Minnesota representing 92 agencies.
