Jason Leopold recently released “Payments Accepted from Non Federal Sources” for the period October 1st 2013 to March 31st 2014.

These documents appeared in stereo with Cryptome and show a dollar figure  under a sub heading of “Benefits Accepted“.

Most of the details as to who travelled and the event description are ‘classified’, however a few have just enough detail.

For example the installations of  “WB Quad Install”, which I can only guess are some type of  computer device or wi-fi platform.

From the 14th to the 28th September a “WB Quad Install”  by Senior Engineer Specialist in Honefoss, Norway.

Up until 2005 there were a number of military bases in the area, it is also the home of Army Ordnance Technical School, HVTFS, Helgelandsmoen, Hønefoss

The question arises, what is Norway spending five thousand dollars on that needs an NSA Engineer to do the installation?

Japan…more specifically  Chitose , Hokkaido.

This is where the 7th Division of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces is based along with the 7th Signal Battalion.

From the 18th to 25th August 2013  a Space Systems Analyst visited at the cost of some 4,276  dollars.

Note location.

The next example is from Blenheim, New Zealand.

Blenheim has a Satellite Communication Intercept Post. Blenheim1

Between the 3rd and 5th of February 2013 GCSB held technical discussions regarding the GCSB future SSO sites. This can be followed up with this article , here.

And of course Blenheim has a premium location …

Visit to Aspen Security Forum by the General Counsel from July 17th to 20th 2013 at the total of $2031.20.

When you compare what Keith Alexander is now commanding  for an appearance fee  and look at “Payment Accepted” …it’s easy to see how an Agent could become a disillusioned employee.

Note “Dad Jeans”
