The Indictments lists a number of companies rom solar industries to proprietary and confidential technical and design specifications in nuclear plants.
Alleged victims include:
Westinghouse Electric Co. (Westinghouse), U.S. subsidiaries of SolarWorld AG (SolarWorld), United States Steel Corp. (U.S. Steel), Allegheny Technologies Inc. (ATI), the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union (USW) and Alcoa Inc.
The irony of the allegations come at a time as the NSA is further shown to have actively collected and ostensibly spied on a countries in the Bahamas as people use this as an example of, “do what I say, not what I do.”
