The mp3 file was easily slotted with a cutaway image and uploaded to You Tube.

Initially people were sceptical saying that the recording was staged….it is 100% bone fide

The mp3 was on a public file share, which was found on a public website, uploaded to a public video sharing site.

No crime there, except….. Law Enforcements Laxdæla saga and sometimes crued and debasing style of conversation data mining.

Not to mention the deliberate collusion to purposefully delay trial proceedings.

President Barack Obama was accused by prosecution lawyers of being in contempt of court after failing to show up for a “birther” hearing in Georgia that seeks to establish whether he is eligible to appear on the state ballot in November.

As we reported earlier this month, so-called “birthers,” those who claim there is evidence to suggest Obama was not born in the United States, hailed a judges decision to hear the case as a potential roadblock to Obama even being permitted to run for a second term in the White House.

“Lawyers for area residents mounting “birther” challenges told Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi that Obama should be found in contempt of court for not appearing when under subpoena to do so. But Malihi did not indicate he would recommend that and cut off one lawyer when he criticized Obama for not attending the hearing,” reports the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.

“It shows not just a contempt for this court, but contempt for the judicial branch,” lawyer Van Irion told Malihi.

Earlier this week, Obama’s lawyer, Michael Jablonski, requested that Secretary of State Brian Kemp suspend the hearing, claiming it was not a legitimate issue and insisting he and his client would boycott the hearing. However, Kemp fired back, warning that the hearing was necessary under Georgia law and that Obama and Jablonski’s failure to participate would be “at your own peril.”

Attendants packed the Georgia courtroom yesterday for the trial brought by residents who affirm that Obama was born in Kenya, making him ineligible to be US President.

The judge in Georgia is expected to make a final ruling on the case after February 5, by which time attorneys are required to file their briefs.

Ron Paul 2012:

Tonight, President Obama once again showed that he does not represent the fundamental change this country needs. Instead of offering solutions to the problems our country faces, the President was intent on delivering a campaign speech, further dealing in the typical Washington political gamesmanship that has gotten us exactly nowhere close to improving the lives of the American people.

In a speech where much of the rhetoric was devoted to job creation, it was strange that President Obama would brag about his job-destroying national health care plan, Obamacare, and the Dodd-Frank bill, which, contrary to the President’s claims, guarantees future taxpayer bailouts of large institutions. Unfortunately, President Obama’s “job creation” policies amount to little more than continuing to allow government bureaucrats to pick winners and losers, which is a recipe for continued economic stagnation.

President Obama claims to want an economy where everyone gets a fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same set of rules. Yet he remains committed to the same old system of debt, deficits, bailouts, and cronyism that created our economic problems. The President speaks of giving us energy independence from unstable nations, yet he refuses to allow the type of development needed to achieve this goal, while at the same time his administration hands out favors to the politically connected – those given to the likes of Solyndra, who fail to produce jobs or energy but succeed in ripping off the taxpayers.

Of course, President Obama refuses to even mention the role the Federal Reserve plays in creating an economic system where some are denied a fair shot or even to support my efforts at bringing transparency to the Federal Reserve. Also not mentioned by President Obama is the very crucial need for reining in spending and balancing the federal budget. What is called by some “the greatest threat to our national security” seems not to be of great importance to this President, although I, like many Americans, believe it to be cause for immediate measures, like the $1 trillion in spending cuts that would take place in my first year as President under my Plan to Restore America.

In the area of foreign policy and civil liberties, President Obama’s rhetoric may be different, but the substance of his policies – as shown by his administration’s defense of the T S A’s treatment of my son, Senator Rand Paul, is hardly “change we can believe in.” No wonder more and more Americans, especially young people, are rejecting the phony alternatives of Obama and establishment Republicans and embracing my campaign to Restore America Now.

Barack Obama has taken pandering to the Israeli lobby to shameful new levels. In a frankly shocking video, even by US standards, in what I can only describe as one of the most cynical pieces of electioneering I have witnessed in my lifetime, Obama’s team has released a video re-affirming the USA’s special relationship with Zionism, and their unwavering commitment to supporting a state which draws legitimate comparisons to South Africa under apartheid.

All the usual clichés are thrown in – the ones that became the very backbone of his platitudinous speeches in the run-up to the election in 2008.

To be found in Obama’s video are testimonies from Shimon Peres, and Benjamin Netanayahu, and Ehud Barak, reiterating the extent to which the 44th President has safeguarded their interests.

We have the Obama campaign team once again stepping up their game with this new piece of propaganda, sending out a clear signal to Obama’s donors and supporters that he knows which side his bread is buttered on.

Ron Paul, a popular Southern conservative who supports states’ rights, supposedly came in fourth place in the South Carolina Republican primary on Saturday, January 21.  The winner, according to the tally produced by the privately-owned voting machine company ES&S, was Newt Gingrich.  Gingrich is supported by Sheldon Adelson, the Zionist casino billionaire who supports the most extreme hard-liners in the right-wing Likud in Israel.  The Gingrich campaign received a $5 million donation from Sheldon Adelson the week before he “won” the South Carolina primary.  Gingrich calls the indigenous Palestinian population an “invented” people and supports Israel’s right to attack Iran as “self defense”.  Gingrich told CNN he would help Israel attack Iran and would move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem on his first day in office by executive order.  These are the hard-line positions Adelson is paying Gingrich to espouse.

Mitt Romney is supported by the Crown family of Chicago, a Zionist family that is closely connected to Israeli military intelligence.  Newt Gingrich, on the other hand, is supported by Sheldon Adelson, a Zionist billionaire who works closely with the same people.  Are these different factions or is this a Zionist plot that has the same goal?

The Zionist strategy is to stop the very popular conservative Ron Paul.  Because there is obviously no candidate that can beat Paul in popularity or on the issues, the Zionists are supporting a slew of venal candidates in order to steal as many votes as possible from Paul.  These candidates are essentially a gang of Zionist-funded candidates who form the anti-Paul coalition.

One can state as fact – not theory, that Israel and its supporters in the US are actively working to derail Ron Paul’s race towards the GOP nomination, and the Presidency. On Friday, the Yemeni Parliament approved a landmark deal granting embattled President Ali Abdullah Saleh immunity from prosecution, paving the way for his exit. After speaking to the press on Sunday, Saleh left Yemen to supposedly seek medical treatment in the U.S., while protesters continue to call for justice against him despite immunity.

There still remains questions as to the real reasons Saleh is travelling to the U.S. On Sunday he did say he was going there to seek medical treatment, but last month in another statement to the media, Saleh said he was NOT going to the U.S. for medical treatment, but instead to get away from attention and cameras.

This isn’t the first time the U.S. has hosted dictators or suspected terrorists, the list is long. Could it be because the U.S. government has a say in the actions of all these dictators and “terrorists”? Could it be because the U.S. is actually working with them, not against? Could it be that the U.S. government, is the biggest dictator, the biggest terrorist there is?

India has launched an ambitious program to fit each of its 1.2 billion residents with an Unique identification number (UID). Each number will be tied into three pieces of biometric data: fingerprints (all ten digits), iris scans (both eyes), and a picture of the face. Starting this month, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) will begin processing people in various locations around the country. UIDAI aims to slowly roll out the program through February of 2011 and to ID 600 million people in the next four years! This is a mammoth program. While residents are not mandated to get a UID, a growing list of services including social welfare and even some bank accounts will soon require the identification number. If successful, this will be the first biometrically verified universal ID implemented on a national scale. India is forging new ground, drawing both fears and hopes of what a national ID number may bring with it.

The UIDAI is in discussions with many institutions (banks, local/state governments, etc) to allow them to use the UID as a means of identity verification. These institutions will pay the UIDAI some fee to cover costs and generate revenue. There seems to be little doubt that once it is established, the UID will become a preferred method (if not the preferred method) of identification in India.

Ultimately I wouldn’t be surprised if the UID, with its biometric data, could be used as a means of payment (when linked to a bank account), or as an access key to homes and cars. Purchase a meal with your fingerprint and unlock your door with the twinkle in your eye. Similar results could be expected in other nations that adopted biometric identification systems.

To privacy advocates, however, the very concept of a national ID number is anathema. Putting all the personal information in one system opens the possibilities that it can be used for nefarious purposes – everything from identification fraud to genocide. The inclusion of biometric data such as fingerprints and iris scans increase the accuracy of such a system but also lends it an air of oppressive technologically-enabled surveillance.

It seems one of Gandhi’s greatest fears is coming true in India.

India may be the first country implementing a biometric id system, but previous countries have tried. In 2009 the U.K. tried to create a National Identification Database, which was vehemently opposed by the people. It seems the U.K. was so confident and close to implementing the system, that all the equipment had already been made and prepared for use, which meant the government had to destroy it all after the plan wasn’t passed.

That won’t be the last time we hear of a program like that though in the U.K., or the rest of the world. Plans are still currently underway to implement these types of systems across the globe.

Imagine a world where every one must have one of these IDs. Where your paycheck gets deposited to, what you buy food with, how you access the Internet, how you get medical help. A world where all your actions are registered in a massive database the government has complete access to. Where if you do something TPTB disagree with, your entire life could be cut off instantly.
